GRAND OPENING
In 1987, Dimitri’s Souvlaki is opened by Dimitri Boutsarakis and his family on the corner of Regent and Queen in downtown Fredericton. Dimitri’s quickly becomes a Fredericton favourite because of their great food, big portions, and homey atmosphere.
NEW OWNERS
In 2017, Dimitri’s Souvlaki is passed on to a new family who are determined to keep the legacy of the family-run business alive. They know that Fredericton loves Dimitri’s warm atmosphere and famous food, so they don’t change a thing.
NEW LOCATION
In 1992, Dimitri’s Souvlaki has to move—the little restaurant doesn’t have enough space to serve all their fans. Dimitri’s moves to the The Tannery, one of downtown Fredericton’s most popular areas, and continues to grow.
OLD FRIENDS
